LookupEverything provides a free, ad-supported platform for accessing publicly available records and tools, including but not limited to shipment tracking, NPI lookups, business entity searches, license verification, and online calculators. The Service aggregates data from publicly available government APIs and databases.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data displayed on the Service. Data is sourced from third-party government databases and carrier APIs, and we are not responsible for errors or omissions in those sources.

Specifically:

• Tracking information reflects what carriers report and may be delayed or inaccurate.
• NPI data comes from the NPPES registry and is subject to CMS update schedules.
• Business records reflect what state agencies have on file and may not be current.
• Calculator results are estimates based on standard formulas and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

4. Appropriate Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service.

The Service is ad-supported. We display advertisements through Google AdSense and potentially other advertising networks. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements displayed on the Service. Your interaction with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser.
